Blackjack - (Standard Blackjack rules apply)

 Rules of Play 

1. To begin each round, players must place a primary Blackjack (base game) wager and may place a wager on any of the available optional bonus wagers. 

2. After all wagers are placed, each player receives two cards face-up and the dealer receives one card face-up and one card face-down, according to standard dealing procedures. 

3. The dealer then reconciles all optional bonus wagers according to their evaluation criteria (see the Optional Bonus Wagers section). Match Up and Match Down wagers evaluate if one or both of the player’s first two cards match the dealer’s up-card (Match Up) and/or the dealer’s downcard (Match Down). 

4. The primary game now continues until the round is completed, according to standard procedures. Since the Match Down wager is based on the dealer’s down-card, it is evaluated immediately after the dealer’s down card is exposed or upon reconciliation of each player’s blackjack hand. 

Optional Bonus Wagers 

Match Up & Match Down A player wins their Match Up and Match Down wagers if one or both of their first two cards match the dealer’s up-card (Match Up) and/or the dealer’s down-card (Match Down). Players are paid for each matching card, based on the corresponding paytable in Appendix A. If a player has an active Match Down wager and busts their hand or has a Blackjack, their cards should not be discarded until the wager is reconciled.
